Export Outlook Folders

I want to export several personal folders to a CD to send to another party.
Can I do this? If so, can I do multiple folders on the same CD. Does the
other party have to have Outlook on their computer in order to read the file?

Don't use the export function.
Create a new pst file (File-New-Outlook Data File) and copy what you want to
it. Right-click on the root of the new pst, choose "Close". Then burn the
closed pst file to the CD.
And yes the recipient WILL have to have Outlook on their machine to read the
files. Also be aware that if you have Outlook 2007 and the third party has
neither Outlook 2007 or 2003, then you must create the new file in 97-2002
format.
