Export OE messages (.eml) to Outlook (.msg)

I would like to migrate from Outlook Express to Outlook.
I could not find a way to migrate all my existing emails.

How can I transfer .eml messages from Outlook express to
Outlook 2002 inbox (.msg files) while retaining the
sender's name, send date, message body and attachments if
any?

In OE File-Export or in Outlook, File-Import. Either of those should work.
