Export messages from Outlook back to web email server

I accidentally used the default settings in Outlook when setting it up for
the first time. It downloaded all of my email messages from my web-based
email service and deleted them from my web inbox. I really did not want this
to happen and need to have access to all my messages from more than just this
one computer.
Is there any way to send the messages back to my web email server? or export
them back somehow?
I have it set so any new messages will not be removed from the server, but
can I fix this past damage?
THANKS!

If you are using GMail you can set it up as IMAP and then you can drag
messages back to the GMail server. I don't know whether any other web-based
email offers IMAP...

Please start a NEW thread for a completely different query. Don't
"piggyback" on a completely unrelated question...

Clearly that's a question best directed to MSN support.
