export mail to csv

i have read posts and answers of how to export contacts to excel by exporting
contacts to a csv file, the answer was goto the tool bar and click export(
simple you may think) the answer was.........
Export the contacts to a *.csv file, open Excel, format the field widths,
then Print.
and the answer though windows help was
You can convert all your contacts at once to the format you choose so that
someone using another program or a previous version of Windows can open and
view them.

Click to open Windows Contacts.

On the toolbar, click Export, and then click one of the following formats:

organize,views,open,print,share and burn
and when i view the other bar it has file,edit,view,tools,help

where is export ???????????

where is export ???????????

Sounds like your Contacts folder is using the Music folder Template.
Open your contacts folder>right click in a blank area to the right>choose
customise this folder>from the drop down list choose Contacts>apply>OK
