Export firewall settings

I want to export the firewall settings from one computer and and import them
into another. I was told that there's a way of doing this through a command
line. Anyone know how this is done?

How many settings are we talking about here?

There are about 20 or so settings that I want to export so that I can compare
with another PC. Rather than physically comparing the settings between two
PCs (20 feet apart), I want to compare between two text files. Originally,
the settings were imported from an .inf file, but the person who created the
file (from exporting) is nowhere to be found. I was just told that he
exported the settings.
