Export Excel Data to Excel Spreadsheet

I use a spreadsheet for estimates. Currently I use a drop down list (Data
Validation) to input how they heard about us (located in cell C3). Is there a
way to export their name (First C2, Last C3), how they heard about us (C3),
and the date to a network saved spreadsheet? I would like it to just write
the info when a button (or some other trigger) is clicked to the next
available open space. I would like to have 3 different users be able to input
data to the single network saved spreadsheet. That way I can graph our
marketing success.

I had to write a macro that would write those values and check for duplicates.
