Export doesn't export

Hi folks.

Little gem for you all to ponder. I need to export some tables to
dbaseIII format. So... I open the table, go to File|Export, tell the
Export dialog to ssave as a dBaseIII file and... POOF!... Back to
Windows (XPSP2). No file created, nuffink. :( So, I did a complete
uninstall of Office 2003, re-booted and the did a complete install
again. Same thing happens.

Exporting to Excel works fine, but not to dBaseIII. ANd yes, I know I
can export to Excel then export from Excel to dBaseIII. :) And yes, that
works fine, but doesn't help me with what I'm trying to do. :):):)

Anyone got any bright ideas, 'cos it's giving me the screaming ab-dabs!

Thanks folks.
