Export Contacts and Calendar from OST to PST

Hi,

Can anyone suggest the best method to automatically export all my contacts
and calendar items from my OST file to a PST file EVERYTIME I exit outlook.
I have two profiles in which I want to see each others calendars.. but
because they are both OST files I cannot open each others file etc.. So I am
hoping to automatically export all contacts and calendars to a PST file so I
can open it in the other profile PURELY for reference purposes....

Why don't you enable Delegate Access to those folders? That way other users
can open your Calendar or Contacts (or other default folders) from within
their own profile, and you can specify what rights they have to them.
