export contact files

I have used Outlook in a POP and have a lot of contacts there. I am a new
hotmail user. Can I import the existing Outlook contacts into my new hotmail
on the internet??

You might have to check on Hotmail as to what, if any, methods exist to
import a contact list, and in what format.
