explorer stuck !!!!

hi,
some info:
hpnx9010 notebook
oem win xp home
system on net ADSL
100% ok
got problem this morning : pc stuck
did everything, clean boot, no net , no virus, no spy or adware, firewall ok
system hangs on startup
get wallpaper, thats it
when i kill (taskmanager) explorer.exe an restart it on commandline,
c:\windows\explorer.exe : pc works but verry slow, next logon, the same

is there a helping mind avalable
