explorer format

Is there anyway to have Windows Explorer open with the Folder pane open.
Everytime I open Explorer I have to manually open the Folder pane.

Create a shortcut to the folder you want to open, OR , type in the "Run" box
:

explorer.exe /e, "My Path"

....where you replace "My Path" with the folder you want opening.

By adding the 'switch' /e, - you will have the 'Folders' pane open.
