explorer favourites order

In IE7 when I select "add to favourites" button and select the menu option
"Add to favourites" then select the drop down button in "create in", my
folders list is not in alphabetical order.

There is no option to re-order in alphabetical order.

Can this list be re-ordered in any way?

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

Ask in an IE7 ng how you would sort Favorites. There's probably an
"Organize Favorites" option, similar to the one in IE6.

Hello, I arrange using the following method. The icons not in folders, I
right click on one and the menu that appears has "sort by name" I left click
this and all items reorder.
I then open individual folders and do the same in each folder.
This places all listings in alphabetical order.

Select "Add to Fav's", click "Organize Fav's.
Left-drag each item to the *Bottom* of the list until they're in the order
you want.
Click "Close" button (for "Organize..")
Both "Fav's" button, and "Add to fav's" will be in this order. You can put
folders in between files, if you like.
