Explorer.exe won't load at login

We have a network of 2000 Windows XP computers, half of which won't load
Explorer at login right now. Vista computers not affected but 3 Windows 2003
Servers are. Narrowed it down to computer specific - not user specific.
Have tried running McAfee, Malwarebytes, Spybot, Stinger, and MRT but nothing
is helping. The only thing working right now is re-imaging machines or
running 2nd repair from Windows XP disk but we don't want to have to do this
on all these machines and servers if there is another fix. When users log in
they get a blue screen. Can get in with Task Manager - typing in Explorer.

Leonard Grey is a troll who cannot fix your system. He is jealous of the
fact that I can. He can't prove what he says about me and my software
because it is not true. The guy is an idiot. If you tell him the sky is
purple he will believe it because he is too stupid to look up and see it for
himself.

As you can see by the replies that one of those idiots for some reason
thought my site was affiliated with Microsoft and was very disappointed to
find out that it is not. The other idiot troll does not know the difference
between Explorer.exe and Internet explorer.

And the origin of the fix can also be seen here:

http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Internet-Explorer-corrupted-fix.html

The difference is that the folks at windowsnetworking.com don't claim
this to be "their" fix, they make it perfectly clear that the script was
devised while working with Microsoft when they were trying to repair a
server after installing buggy hotfixes.

Yes, I clearly do know the difference, but you don't appear to know the
interconnection, you also missed the other fix that I posted.

This also proves that you lied about SBC blocking me from their servers.
