explorer.exe uses up all CPU usage

My explorer.exe alot of time uses up to 99% CPU usage (by
checking: windows xp's windows task manager's process).
As the result, my PC's speed is really slow. When I end
process of explorer.exe, my PC's speed back to normal.

I have tried Spybot Search & Destroy, Lavasoft's Adware.
and Microsoft's Antispyware, nothing could help me to
stop the problem.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem?

Thanks.

Well, I just fixed this problem after 1 week suffer! I
post this so other people who have the same problem can
know wut to do.

Wut I did was...researching. I looked up the
words "explorer.exe."

I found this program called Security Task Manager

I downloaded and ran. Then it showed me some dangerous
files. I went to each ones that had potential to harm my
PC.

I found 2 files named something like "mywebsearch" from
program called something like "smartsound..."

I went to Add/Remove Programs and deleted that program.

Amazingly, my explorer.exe's CPU usage dropped from 99%
to 0%

=)
