explorer.exe error

hi all,

when i try to open "My Computer" , " Network" , "Recycle bin".....etc
it will show me " explorer.exe error " with Dr waston,

i go to event viewer and check an event log id : 10002
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

i have already tried the windows 2000 sp4 and IE6 .. but still haven't been
changed.

but i can directly open IE6

what can i do ??
please give me a solution !

Revert back to ie 5. You installed something that is
incompatable with explorer. IE and explorer have dlls and
registry relationships that arent apparent unless your a
good programmer. Install IE 5 anew. Uninstall any
downloads like Quicktime or chat stuff etc. Reinstall to
IE6SP1 then reinstall those things. My not work everytime
but it worked for me.

I've had the same problem with a server that I am currently working on, everytime that I click my computer it shuts down explorer.exe and re-loads the backround of the desktop
