Explorer.exe application error

This has been driving me nuts! Periodically, the
following error shows up. You have to hit ok, everything
disappears and sometimes you just have to reboot.

The instruction at "0x77f8c1bb" referenced memory
at "0x000105e8". The memory could not be read.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Run sfc /scanno
It may Help
