Explorer crash bug in user accounts?

Could somebody try this to see if it's just my computer or a bug in Explorer.

Go to Control Panel, then Add and Remove User Accounts. Turn on the Guest
account if you haven't already. Then turn if off, and _then_ click Back or
the "go to main User Accounts page" link. For me, this will consistently make
Explorer restart. It doesn't crash if I just close the window instead of
pressing of the buttons.

Not a showstopper, but very strange!

It's not reproducible on this system with Ultimate RTM. I had Corel
WordPerfect12, IE with multiple tabs, Windows Mail, and one Explorer window
open when I tried this.

Btw, this is no longer the mechanism to report bugs since Vista is RTM. Use
