Explorer Constantly Refreshing Thumbnails

After I load pictures from our camera I have a problem with Explorer (XP
Home)constantly refreshing and sending me back the first file in the folder.
We are viewing a sub-folder of My Pictures, in Filmstrip mode. I have tried
stopping our backup program, removing iTunes, and stopping fast indexing for
the drive.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Try this fix:

(Ironically) you may have to hit the F5 key to get the download
window.
Run the downloaded reg file (Merge).
