What steps need to be taken to use the M.A.S download?

Can it be used with Millennium Windows or is there another
download in-store, that will be capable and compatible for
delivery a system compliance that actually works????

MS is not offering AntiSpy for either 98 or ME and never
will. Both operating systems are officially no longer
supported.

Although MSAS does not support Windows Me/9x, you can still use other
applications, such as:

CWShredder http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3019.html

Ad-Aware SE Personal http://www.lavasoft.com/software/adaware/

McAfee Stinger http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

May I suggest going to http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/default.mspx
for best practices. Be sure to watch the video!
There are other freeware/shareware scanners out there that will work on
Win98 & ME
systems. Thinking Spybot and Adaware just to name two.
