Expand height of field names in a datasheet form

Is there any way to expand the height of the field names in the datasheet
form? Some of the fields are check boxes so if there was a way to text wrap
and expand the height of the row all of the fields would fit on the page
instead of having to scroll accross to get to them.

No. A datasheet's header label is limited to just 1 line and it's
height is fixed.

I'd suggest you use a form in continuous view. With a minor bit of
work you can make the continuous form layout very similar to datasheet
view.
Now you can resize the header labels as well as have multiple lines in
them.
