Exclude text from Shrink to one page

Is there a way to lock text in and exclude it from the shrink to fit?

you can select all text that you do want to shrink and use a different
command (decrease font size). In word 2007, it's in the Ribbon under
Start | Font (smallish A with a superscript downward arrow).
