Exchange w danish folders - English Outlook klient

I have an english Office package which uses our Exchange server (english
version) which has been set up with danish folder system.

I have both danish people using a danish Office version and foreigners who
uses an english Office. Now my problem is that those who has the english
version of Office (Outlook) has "double" folders of eg. the Inbox. One is in
english (from english Outlook version and another Inbox (from the Exchange
server)

I need to have the danish user showing danish mail folders BUT the english
users still have to have their english mail folders.

How do I go about setting this up?

they should only see one set of folders... and the normal fix when the
language of the folders is wrong is to use the resetfoldernames switch.
