Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2000?

This is hopefully an easy question. Are there and issues with using Outlook
2000 when connecting to an Exchange 2003 server or will it even work at all?

I've ran Outlook 2000 and newer against an Exchange 2003 server. No issues
until Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 access the same mailbox. (compatibility
issues in regards to reminders. visible sign is that outlook 2000 won't
close)

Thanks for that info! I think I have seen that same type of issue on
Exchange 5.5 . I have outlook 2000 running but have accessed the same
mailbox with Exchange 2003 and now the 2000 just sits forever when you close.
