Exception in Outlook

When I start my Outlook 2003 I get an error stating Common Language Runtime
Debugging Services. "Application has generated an exception that could not
be
handled. Process id=0xf20 (3872), Thread id=0x208 (520). Click OK to
terminate application. Click CANCEL to debug the application. "
Then I click OK. Then when I restart Outlook the second time, it works.
Can you help ?

That error is being generated by an add-in that you have installed for Outlook. It is not coming from Outlook itself.

Can you tell me which add-in please ?

If I go to Add-In Manager, I see :
- LDVP
- Exchange Extensions property pages
- Fax Server extension
And if I go to COM Add-INS, I see "Outlook Backup Addin".

Thanks.

It is not possible from that error message to know which addin. It would not be one of those in Add-in Manager, but would instead be a COM add-in. Did you install Business Contact Manager? It uses the CLR. If so, then try reinstalling. If problems persist, there is a separate newsgroup for BCM issues -- microsoft.public.outlook.bcm

Yes I installed Business Contact Manager but it is in the disabled items,
that's why I didn't go to the other newsgroup.
If I reinstall it, I won't loose my contacts in Business Contact Manager ?
