I am an Iraqi Veteran, and not too sharp when it comes to computers, and
really a novice user. Microsoft suggested that I post a question to this
forum, and hopefully I can get an answer to my difficult and annoying problem.

I keep getting EXCEPTION CODE: 3221225477
EXCEPTION ADDRESS: 00502DD9 when I am either starting
windows XP or working on something on my computer. I have tried to restrore
the system, but the computer will not restore to an earlier date for some
strange reason.......

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllpppppppppppppppp....

Please explain what one needs to do in terms of eliminating these exception
code, and address. Remember, I am a novice and you may need to go a liile
slow step by step process. Thanking you in advance.
