Excell problem message

I keep getting a Excell problem message everytime I bring up a Excell file.

I look up the file thats listed.

C:\DOCUME~1\HARRYG~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\7ca4_appcompat.txt

the number after Temp\ changes each time.

The appcompat.txt file is being generated by XP because there is a
compatibility problem with a version of a program you are using. Double
click the file to open it in Notepad and see if you can determine where the
error is coming from.

Go to Start/Run and type eventvwr.msc and click OK. On the left side,
click Applications and look for any "X" error messages in that list whose
time cooresponds to when the error last occured. Double click the error
message to see the details. Click the Copy Icon to copy the error report and
paste it back here in a reply.
