Excel - Virtual Basic problem

When I open Excel 2002 SP-2 for some reason I get an
error box:
Microsoft Vusual Basic
Compile error in hidden modul: AutoExecNew
OK Help (unless I push "OK" it won't finish opening Excel
-----------------------------------------------------
Again when I try to exit Excel I get another:
Microsoft Visual Basic
Compile Error in hidden module: Distmon
OK Help Unless I push "OK" I can't exit.

How can I get rid of this? It only occurs in Excel, not
Word or any other programs

Please HELP!

According to this article it may have something to do with an incompatible
add-in for Adobe Acrobat you installed.
