Excel VBA Error Message

When I launch a particular Excel 97 file in Windows XP, I receive the
following error messages:

1) The language DLL 'VBA3EN.DLL' could not be found.
2) An error occurred initializing the VBA libraries (16389).

Does anyone know how to get rid of these error messages, so that I can edit
my Excel spreadsheet? I searched my drive for the VBA3EN.DLL file, and found
it in the folder: c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA. Does
anyone know why Excel is not finding the file, and how I can correct this?
Thanks a bunch.

Hi

Only a guess but the file might be corrupted. Try copying it from another
machine if possible. Or e-mail me and I'll post you a copy.
