Excel sheet tabs

Is there any way to format the sheet tabs differently - color, font, etc. - I have a 24 tab wrksht and need to catagorize them

if you have Excel 2002+ just right-click on the tab name and choose
'Color'. Prior to this version: no chance

Hi Jay,
Other ways to categorize them in any version of Excel would include to
prefix them i.e. "k.Shortcuts", "k.FunctionKeys"
and to then sort the worksheet tabs.

When you have a lot of worksheet tabs the most logical arrangement
is an alphabetical order. Be sure to name tabs for dates like
yyyy-mm-dd so they will sort properly.
