Excel printing in draft mode

I had earlier posted this message under the head " Printing in Excel" on 9th
September for which i didn't receive a reply:-

"Is there any way one can take out the draft printout in Ms-excel in quick
mode with the printer printing only once instead of twice as in lotus 1-2-3.
Is this possible? Thanks "

Our accounts package which is windows based manages to print in quickdraft
but any report exported from there to excel refuses to get printed in draft
even though the draft button on the printer is pressed. Kindly let me know at
the earliest. It is very important for us. Thanks

Dear User,

You can do this :

i) You click file > page setup > Sheet
ii) Select Draft Mode and apply .

Hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks. I tried what you suggested but it is not working. There is no "apply"
only "OK". Is there anyway you can get the printer not to print the same line
twice in a dotmatrix printer in a windows output. People say it is not
possible in a windows based software but our accounts program fellows are
doing it. Why can't the dot matrix printer print one line?
