excel import

Hello, I am able to import my excel file, what I need to
do is overwrite the existing information in the table I
am importing to. The way it works now is I have to delete
the records in the target table to import my excel sheet.
Any suggestions would be appreciated....Thank you1

If you use the import fuction,it asks if you want to add
the text to an existing table, say no. It later asks what
you want to name the table, name it the same name as your
existing table that you want to delete. This will put the
new table in it's place, deleting the old data.
