Excel Formatting

I have a Office 2003 user that when in Excel or Word cannot see any
special formatting. For example, a row or column may be highlighted
yellow ... but she cannot see it. Anyone else who opens the document
can see the formatting just fine.

The same is true for font color.

Any ideas?

If the high contrast setting is turned on for that computer, she won't
see the fill colour. There's information in the following MSKB article:

The fill color, the fill pattern, or the line color of a WordArt or
AutoShape object in an Office document does not change
