Excel crashes when it starts

it is realy a Pain in the nick........
from time to time i do face this type of problem
I ma using the Excel 2003 abd windos XP

when i open xls file full of macros it used to be opened, but not any more

of course. i can open it in safe mode or holding down shift and open it or
disable the macro and open it (in doing this the macro are not excuted), but
i want the macro to be excuted.......

i want to know what is reasone behind this crash when opening the file full
of macros..................

any help is highly appreciated

Have you changed the macro secuirty setting ?



EXCEL MACRO SECURITY
Change this setting.
Set this to LOW for convenience. You may set it to MEDIUM but you will
be asked every time you run Excel if you wish to turn macros on.
Find the Tools menu …
