Excel Chart legend into static columns?

Hi! I have this chart in Excel, and sometimes when I change its proportions
the legend with all the headings automatically change into a two column
thing, which I like. The problem is that it also automatically changes back
into a one column thing whenever I increase the font size to make it
readable. Is there a way to make those two columns static? Sort of like
having a little table inside the legend box.

You can widen the legend, so it changes to two columns --

Click on the legend to select it
Point to one of the side handles
When the pointer changes to a two-headed arrow, drag out,
to widen the legend box
When a dashed vertical line appears in the legend,
stop dragging.

You may want to shorten the legend, by dragging down on
the top centre handle.
