excel automation formatting examples

M

Mark Andrews

I wrote a routine to create an excel file thru automation from Microsoft
Access 2003, it's working well but now I want to do some fairly extensive
formatting to the file thru code.

I can record macros in Excel and try and figure out how to write the code in
Access to achieve the formatting I want, however I wonder if anyone can
point me to some good examples of excel automation (specifically ones that
do a good amount of formatting of the excel worksheet(s)).

I haven't found too many good ones thru web searching.

Thanks in advance,
Mark

I wrote a routine to create an excel file thru automation from Microsoft
Access 2003, it's working well but now I want to do some fairly extensive
formatting to the file thru code.

I can record macros in Excel and try and figure out how to write the code
in
Access to achieve the formatting I want, however I wonder if anyone can
point me to some good examples of excel automation (specifically ones
that
do a good amount of formatting of the excel worksheet(s)).

I haven't found too many good ones thru web searching.

Thanks in advance,

Entire coding thread did not completely paste.

Last line:
..Cells(1, 14) = IIf(Me.cboPeriod >= 7, "JUL ACT", "JUL ETC")

Thanks in advance!
