Excel 2010 and Insert Lines

Hi!
In my previous version of Excel (2003, I think), I could readily insert
a set of blank lines by blocking out an area of the required size below
the desired point. I don't seem to be able to do that any more. Am I
missing a new command or something?

Did you try right-clicking your selection and choosing 'Insert...' from
the popup menu?

That was a new method for me but it worked. I can't check that it worked
in 2003.

You're welcome! AFAIK, it's been on that menu forever.
