excel 2007

hello how's everbody doing?

look, i have a sheet in excel 2003, i created a check format in that sheet,
i programmed it with the "spellnumber" formula and the code in VBA, that,
when i type a number in a cell, in another cell, gives me the result but in
text.

but some dude that has windows vista, he opens that file (because that file
is one that we have on a server, he or some people can see the sheets and the
changes that i make), the #NAME? error appears.

do you know what is wrong, some other computers with excel 2003 is working,
but in the 2007, i don't understand what is going on?

can somebody help me?

"Spellnumber" is not an Excel 2003 function, so I guess it must be a
UDF.

Is the VBA code for it attached to the workbook in question (where
everyone would have access to it), or is it in some people's
personal.xls (where only they would)?

Do some people have macros disabled, which would disable the UDF?

Please write in standard English, with capital letters where
appropriate. Following the conventions will make your thoughts easier
to understand.

Look, the code is in the file where everybody can see it.

I apologize for my ignorance, but what is a UDF?. How do I check if the
Macros are disabled?

Anyway, he told me that if I Cannot do it That Way, Using my Computer for
Him to see it on his, use his computer and put the file out the server.

Can it is Possible to do that Process in Excel 2007.

I am a Rookie using Excel 2007. My Apoligies.
