I built a new computer and installed XP Pro on it a few months ago.
I also installed Office 2007. Ever since I installed it, Excel will hang if
I try to do 'save as'.
Today I completely uninstalled office 2007 and re-installed it and still the
same problem.
I am not connected to any network drives.
I do not even see some service pack that was causing this issue a few years
ago (can't remember the id of it, but I don't see it installed on my pc)
Not sure what to do, but it is very frustrating!
