Excel 2003 scatter plot trouble

Hey all who are reading..​

The problem at hand-I am trying to create a scatter plot including, 2 different sets of data with 22 values each, and a 'line of best fit'. The 'Y' axes is in values from the lowest number to the highest of the first lot of data, but the 'X' axes is in catagories from 1 e.t.c. but i want it in values and i want/need it with, like, the minimum number of the second lot of data and the highest... how do i change the 'X' axes from being catagories into being values?​
