EXCEL 2002 PRINTING PROBLEM

Tried to convert the document in to landscape format.
Didnt print right. When I put it into PRINT PREVIEW
mode, the document still doesnt show up as landscape. I
have made all the changes needed for it to print in
landscape but just wont go. Other users in the same area
are fine. Anyone experince this before?

Are you sure your printer prints landscape?

Have you visited the printer manufacturer's web site to get the latest driver
(and removed the current driver and installed the new version)?
