exceeds the number of page breaks

We have a workbook that everybody uses. When I open it is fine. When others
open it gives them two different error messages starting with:

"Page Layout View is not compatible with Freeze Panes. If you continue, the
panes on this sheet will be unfrozen. Would you like to continue?"

Then when you click OK it gives you:

"This action exceeds the number of page breaks you can manually add to a
worksheet. A worksheet can contain up to 1026 horizontal page breaks."

Anybody know why this would be happening? We work under the Vista platform
and are using Microsoft Office 2007. I have instructed others to open and
clear all page breaks but that doesn't solve the problem as to WHY it is
happening. Any help would be appreciated!

I am having a simular problem. I have a user who receives error: The action
exceeds the number of page breaks you can manually add to a worksheet. A
worksheet can contain up to 1026 horizontal page breaks.

But no one else receives this error, when opening the same file. I can
select to reset page breaks, which makes her file now look the same. But
other users don't seem to have to do this. And they don't seem to have any
page breaks. Only this one person.
