Evolution mk-149 midi keyboard

Does anybody know if this keyboard has any problems
connecting to applications in Win2k?

We are a College trying to use this kb with Sibelius
software and the PC simply cannot "see" the kb either via
the Soundblaster games port or the on-board games port.
