Everything is viewing big and distorted

I have a really nice site designed in Frontpage, but all of a sudden when I
go to do updates in Frontpage 2003, the text looks extremely huge, and all of
the pictures and layout are distorted and all over the place and view
extremely big and not in place. This has been bugging me for the last couple
of weeks. Even when I try to view the site online, it looks distored and out
of place, although I know that it doesn't really look like that to others,
because I have tried it on my laptop, and everything looks normal and in
place. I thought maybe I needed to change my view in Internet and MSN
Explorer, but even when I change view to smallest, everything still looks all
out of place, unlike the original design.

I desperately need assistance, because this is mind boggling to me--I don't
understand how one minute my site can be fine, and then the next the pics are
all over the place and the font is really huge. Can Someone please assist?

The link that I provided to the site and then you enter the homepage
(http://www.grind-mode.com/home.htm), and then that is the page that does it
for me, but only on this computer, as I stated, on my laptop it views fine,
as well, on other sites that I go to on this computer, they all look normal.

My problem is with when I go in Frontpage and try to design, it also views
big and distorted, but it seems like it's only happening to me--like I'm the
only one who can see that everything is out of place from the design end, and
the same thing that I see in the design end of things, I see on the actual
uploaded website from this computer. I don't know if I am making myself
clear, but it's like the TV is out of place, my lines are overlapping over
one another, the text has defaulted to look bigger although they're only like
size 8-10 in Veranda and Times. I'm scared to make changes like this for
fear that things will upload just as I see them, and then even on my laptop
and to others it will start looking distorted.

Am I being clear? Should I try uploading everything to my laptop and
designing from there, and changing the navigational structure--which that
will be a hassle, plus this computer is much bigger and better on my eyes,
well, please do let me know. Thank you.

I've tried to do this, and it still views distorted and the pictures and the
layers are all over the place--especially in the actual Frontpage program,
where I can't get a feel of what I am doing since the layers and everything
are all over the place. I don't know what could trigger this to look big and
put everything out of place, especially when I didn't touch anything. I
don't know if it is the layers doing this or what? I can try to print things
in adobe PDF and make a JPG of this to show what I am talking about, but is
there a way to upload the picture to see if it can capture it? Thank you.

Sorry - I just can't help. There is too much motion there, and too much
sound. Was there a sound off button anywhere?
