Every time I reboot Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager, my auto
complete library seems to reset and I lose all my prevoiusly entered email
addresses in the TO: field.
Is there a fix for this?

A new mail profile usually fixes it. After creating a new mail profile,
while Outlook is still closed, rename the existing NK2 file to match the
name of your new profile. You might also want to see this:
