Every other page of Report is Blank

Hi,

I have created a report. Depending on the query criteria, it can be one or
many pages long. When the number of pages is greater than one, the print
preview shows that every other page of the report is Blank. Oddly, the
report footer (which contains "Page X of N" and Printed on [Date] info) does
not appear on these blank pages.

The first blank page always has some tiny vertical lines on the left margin.
The last blank page is completely blank. Does anyone know what the problem
might be?
