Everquest gamma control

When I try to play Everquest in windowed mode the entire
screen goes very dark, although I cna still see it its
very hard to see it, i asked the EQ in-game support and
they said it had somehting to do with the Windows XP video.

Hi Jay,

Let's do a diagnostic of your system to see which video card and
drivers you have installed, and how they perform in Win XP / DX.

In order to Create a dxdiag.txt file: Click Start / Run / type: DXDIAG
Click the "Test" buttons in the Display, Sound, Music & Network Tabs;
Afterwards click the "Save All Information..." button in the bottom row.

Send the Dxdiag file: Click Insert / File Attachment using Outlook Exp.,
or open the file in notepad, click Edit / Select All / Copy and then Paste
the data into your reply using the Ctrl+V command. Hope this helps!
