In future please post complete reports.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.

Did you read what was in the link?

Select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and right click
on PlugPlayManager and select Properties. The StartUp type should be
Automatic. Is
it?

Timed out sending notification of target device change to window of
"WndClass_CWinDrivesNotifyerHelperWindow"

Go to Start->Nero 8->Nero Toolkit->Nero Scout

Or wherever Nero Scout is... run it... and select the option to turn it off...

Now that's not enough because its service still gets loaded and runs
anyways... So go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services and stop
"NMIndexingService" then set the startup type to "Disabled".
