Event log/application error message

I have an error message of event 1001 and 1002 after a
system lock up/crash. I would like to know what this
means and how I can get my application to run smoothly
without crashes. I am running Pinnacle Liquid Edition 5.5
and also Adobe Premiere 6.5 and Premiere Pro. I can edit
but experience frequent crashes. What is the answere???

How much RAM do you have? How fast is your processor? How much hard
drive space do you have?
