event id 7901

I have a Windows 2000 advance server SP4 with the latest security patches. I
am getting a weird errors in the event logs for the past couple of weeks.
The errors: "The At106744.job command failed to start due to the following
error:
General access denied error" I look at Microsoft KB articles and only found
four solutions and workaround. The only kb artcle that describe the same
problems is http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;329962
but it say the fix was included in SP4. I am running SP4. Did anyone run
into this problem or know the solution?

Is the AT command running job on local computer, is NO, read below.
This issue occurs because the At.exe command is designed to use the local
System account. The local System account is local to the computer and does
not have access to remote computers

Try to give more information so that soln wont be delayed much
