Event id 7063 non-recursive

I have a W2k Server (sp4) that is a domain controller with Active Directory.
It is the Domain DNS host.

I have deleted the . DNS zone and am using fowarders to point to my ISP DNS
servers (x3).

I seem to get internet access fine, but get the event error 7063 - "The DNS
server is configured to foward to a non-recursive DNS server x.x.x.x" I do
have recursion enabled.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

Forwarders must support recursion, You should remove the non-recursive DNS
from your list of forwarders.
